Our company
The company Vangelisti Roberto was founded in Lucca in 1959 and since then it is operating in the electrical and electronic engineering sector. It deals with the design, sale, fulfillment and maintenance of civil, industrial and technological electrical systems for public and private entities. Many European companies and private customers regularly use our services too.
The family management (in its third generation now), allowed the company to strengthen the relationship with its suppliers over the years, and sign strategic partnerships in order to sell exclusive products with very competitive prices.
Since 2015 ElettrOOnline is a reference store for automation and security. It is able to satisfy both the needs of private customers and the technicians. Thanks to exclusive agreements with international brands such as FAAC, HAGER-LOGISTY, BTICINO and many others, we are able to offer lower prices than the official price lists.
We currently successfully manage about 3,000 orders every year shipping across Europe.

In addition to the courier insurance, all our goods are covered by private insurance, so that we guarantee full refund for damaged or not-complying goods. We guarantee safe and fast management.
Automatic tracking service, by sending an email or SMS to check the shipment status. Our partner couriers also provide dedicated systems to follow the shipment step by step.
All our shipments are covered by private insurance that allows us to guarantee full refund in case of missing or damaged goods. This goes in addition to the guarantee offered by the shipping companies, which often have very long and complex refund procedures. Our guarantee system can manage any refund request very clearly and in a very short time.
In case of problems with the order and need of a refund, we guarantee 2 years from the receipt issue and 1 year from the invoice date on all new and unused material. The total warranty is 6 months for reconditioned material and repairs in general.
